Brady-Built Sunrooms is a sunroom manufacturer, not a distributor or reseller, so our prices are surprisingly low because you purchase your room directly from the people who manufacture it. In fact, we are recognized as experts in manufacturing laminated wood sunrooms.
To provide you with the most design flexibility and the greatest savings, we focus on what we do best - designing and building sunrooms. However, our customers will typically request other work to complement their new sunroom, such as a new deck, patio, or a kitchen renovation. As a result, we have developed close working relationships over the years with many excellent contractors and carpenters all over New England who have the capability of doing all of the other work you have in mind, not just the sunroom installation. These companies range from single carpenters who do excellent finish work to full-scale renovation companies capable of taking on any size project. We're happy to refer you to just the right craftsmen or companies with the skills to complete your entire project.
Brady only refers contractors who are licensed, insured and reputable - just ask our customers. Our relationship with the contractors in our referral service is simple - they do great work for the right price and treat our customers with respect. We will work with you any way you feel comfortable - if you're handy you may do some of the preparation work yourself to save even more money.
The referral process is simple. Once a Brady designer has determined the scope of the project, and the engineering drawings for your room have been finalized, we pair you up with a carpenter or contractor in your area that we know and trust. Someone we have done business with before and have proven to meet our standards. Of course, you can check their references to be sure they will work well for you. If you have a contractor you would like to work with or would like to do some of the work yourself, no problem. Our in-house engineering and design department will be glad to work with you. This enables you to have a complete job from start to finish with no worries.
