Split Silver Titanium Glass System: The Brady-Built Sunrooms Advantage
The specialty glass used in all Brady-Built Sunrooms has been engineered to provide the optimum performance during all seasons of the year in an extreme climate such as New England's. All of the glass is insulated, safety tempered, and sealed with our unique glazing process for durability and extra long life. Eleven different materials are applied to the glass using a metal vapor deposition process to create a glass that is both energy efficient and comfortable year-round. A light tint is added for protection from solar radiation and glare. The low-E coating and Split Silver Titanium technology used in our glass is designed to maximize the comfort of your room all year long. The quality and value built into our engineered glass is crystal clear.

Do you only use the Split Silver Titanium glass?
No. Brady-Built's Split Silver Titanium glass is our standard glass because it is state-of-the-art in glass technology and has been optimized for the New England climate. However, because we custom build our rooms we can get any type of glass that performs the same as glass offered by other companies.
Glass technology has many variables that can be adjusted depending upon the application. We have worked closely with one of the largest glass manufacturers in the world to develop the insulated glass that we use, knowing that most of our customers are located in a region that experiences very cold winters and hot summers.
How can you say that when other companies tell me no one can get their glass except them?
Each company has it's own brand name, so it gives the appearance of a unique product. The truth is, it is easy to get glass that matches any brand in performance. Over the years we have had multiple requests by our customers to use a different type of glass for a special application and each time we have accommodated them.

Is your glass much better than any other?
Our coating and tinting formula were developed as the best combination for use in New England or other similar climates. However, if it is a reputable company that makes rooms specifically designed for year round use there are only subtle differences in the glass. The biggest difference between our glazing system and that of our competitors is how it is sealed. The most common long-term problem you can have with your sunroom is clouding of the glass and leaking at the seal between the glass and frame. Brady-Built has a superior glass glazing system that is unique to our company - it incorporates a special edge-sealing technique on the glass similar to that used on a commercial building. This assures the lowest glass seal failure rate in the industry and eliminates the most common source of glass leakage.
