This means we pass the savings on to you. Not only do you save money, but we can ship the room as soon as you are ready. Imagine yourself in a Brady – Built sunroom of your own, but for thousands of dollars less, for you to enjoy in much less time than a custom built sunroom.The letter "R" or "L" at the end of the model numbers indicates the location of the sliding door in the end wall when viewing the sunroom from the outside.
The Hartford
The Hartford or Model-SE3X4L (or R) is an 8'-2" x 11'-0" x 9'-2" high, straight eave style sunroom with three 60" x 60" sliding windows and one 60" x 80" sliding door. The room interior is natural finish laminated southern yellow pine. The exterior finish is white powder coat aluminum. All glass is insulating glass with low e coatings and argon fill.
